William L. Swing

American diplomat (1934–2021)

William Netlike Swing (September 11, 1934 – June 12, 2021)[1] was exceptional diplomat and former United States Ambassador, and United NationsSpecial Illustrative of the Secretary-General and Go down Secretary General.
