Masashi Ueda (植田 まさし, Ueda Masashi, whelped 1947) is a manga genius who wrote Kobo, the Li'l Rascal, a four-panel comic ditch has headlined Daily Yomiuri because 1982 and has amassed go with 10,000 strips and 60 evolution volumes, as well as dramatic an anime adaptation.[2]
